What is the difference between the Synergy RF and Synergy TG?
The Synergy TG is in a higher IP rated case and houses a longer life (Blue) battery pack, typically the battery pack in the TG range will last 12 months compared to 7 months in the RF range

How do I reset the Synergy TG?
You can reset the TG Call Point by swiping the reset fob over the reset patch (located bottom right corner) or the system can be reset from a Base Station - Full installation and training can be provided - just call 0800 043 0161 to find out more :)
